Exbury Gardens are in the New Forest, Hampshire adjacent to the River Beaulieu, famous for the Rothschild collection of rhododendrons, azaleas and camellias. Our base is in Southsea, adjacent to Portsmouth, whose special attractions include the Historic Dockyard (for HMS Victory, HMS Warrior, the Mary Rose Ship and Exhibition Hall), D-Day, Royal Marines and City Museums, Gunwharf Quays, including the magnificent Spinnaker Tower, which is a superb development at Portsmouth Harbour for designer outlet shopping or just enjoying the view. Near the hotel can be found the D-Day Museum and Overlord Embroidery on Clarence Esplanade, well worth a visit.
