Day 1:   Morning departure by Eurostar to Paris and then by TGV to Strasbourg. Coach transfer to the hotel in Oberharmersbach and its beautiful valley.
Day 2:   Guided visit of the town, local train to delightful Zell-am-Harmersbach with old gateways and half-timbered houses.
Day 3:   To Strasbourg today, a unique city, with a combination of French and German culture that is shaped in its ancient buildings and in the architecture of the city.
Day 4:   To Baden-Baden the city of Kings and the most famous Roman spa. You may wish to try the circular thermal baths.
Day 5:   A journey to Freudenstadt with the largest market square in Germany, and its ‘L’ shaped Parish church. In the afternoon to pretty Schiltach and its gaily decorated houses then Gengenbach with its lovely romantic half-timbered houses, once called a “pearl among the Black Forest towns.
Day 6:   Visit to Freiburg, one of the loveliest cities, with its beautifully decorated Town Hall, ancient city wall and clock-towers, magnificent cathedral and of course, excellent shopping.
Day 7:   Morning departure by local coach to Strasbourg and TGV to Paris. Eurostar back home, arriving late afternoon.
