Every year from mid November until Christmas the little village of Thursford in North Norfolk stages the largest Christmas Spectacular in England. Over one hundred professional musicians, singers and dancers present a musical celebration. This show of colour, light, music and dancing creates a never to be forgotten atmosphere that captures the magic and fun of Christmas. Featured is the Mighty Wurlitzer - The King of Organs, which will thrill and delight with its orchestra sounds. We shall have reserved seats at the matinee performance. There will be time to enjoy the city of Norwich either in its preparation for Christmas or the castle returning home late Sunday afternoon/evening.

Day 1:   Morning departure and drive direct to Thursford, with of course suitable comfort stops along the way, to arrive in good time for the sparkling Christmas Spectacular*** (see note below). After the show drive to our Norwich hotel and evening dinner.



Day 2:   Departing after breakfast and our visit to the city of Norwich with its colourful market, old cobbled lanes, beautiful cathedral and majestic castle. Continue our journey homewards early afternoon to arrive in your local area late afternoon.
